Expertise? Communication? Attention to Detail? Quick Qualification? Availabilty? Professionalism? Reliabilty? I believe all these qualities are important! Expertise is an absolute must, with the ongoing guidleline changes in both the conventional and goverment lending markets it is a priority to be fully informed.
Communciation is essential. I am available by office phone, cell phone and email. From the moment you refer a prospective buyer to me I will be in touch with them quickly and give you a return call to update you on the application and qualification status. If there are any issues that arise during the process you will be informed immediately. My goal is to get the loan file through the underwriting process within a week of the contract date. I make it a point to keep all the people in the transaction in the loop from beginnng to end.
My knowledge and experience in this industry is extensive. I manage each of my loans through the entire process; from application, to structuring, then underwriting, to finally the closing. When we sit down at the closing table, and I do go to all my closings, I want it to be a time of celebration, all concerns or questions have been addressed to yours and your client's satisfaction long before closing.
